Ferrari offers company shares to employees.

The Ferrari has announced that it will offer company shares to all its employees to involve them in the company. In this way, each worker, out of the over five thousand employees worldwide of the Maranello brand, will receive shares with a maximum value of €2,065, which currently represents 6.3 shares.

To prevent employees from being tempted to immediately sell their shares, Ferrari has revealed that it will offer a bonus to those who hold the shares for at least 36 months.

In a statement, Ferrari has stated that this offer aims to “promote a culture of collective responsibility and increase employee engagement in the company.”
