Ferrari in Crisis: Briatore Exposes Harsh Truths as McLaren Dominates in 2025 Season

Flavio Briatore Speaks Out: Ferrari’s Struggles and McLaren’s Dominance Leave Fans Fuming!

The world of Formula 1 is ablaze with tension as the legendary Scuderia Ferrari grapples with an alarming crisis. Despite being ranked second in the Constructors’ Championship, the 2025 season has turned into a nightmare for the iconic team from Maranello. While Ferrari once aimed for championship glory, reality has struck hard, leaving fans and pundits alike questioning the team’s direction.

In a surprising revelation, Flavio Briatore, the Alpine advisor, has weighed in on Ferrari’s misfortunes, shedding light on the stark contrast between their performance and that of McLaren, who currently reign supreme on the track. “This year has been dominated by McLaren,” Briatore stated bluntly, highlighting the growing gap between the teams. As for Ferrari, the grim truth is that they have yet to secure a single Grand Prix victory this season.

The Italian racing giant set ambitious goals at the beginning of the year, but those lofty aspirations have quickly become unattainable. As the season progresses, Ferrari finds itself without any circuits that could potentially favor their performance, leaving supporters in despair. “There are no tracks on the horizon where Ferrari can think of being favorites,” Briatore lamented, painting a bleak picture for the Scuderia.

When asked if he could envision himself taking the reins at Ferrari during this tumultuous period, Briatore offered a resounding “no.” Currently entrenched in his efforts to revive Alpine—who are languishing at the bottom of the Constructors’ standings—Briatore emphasized the challenges facing both teams. “I’m here in London with my own issues. Sooner or later, Ferrari will resolve its own,” he asserted, demonstrating a realistic understanding of the complexities involved.

Moreover, Briatore expressed his respect for Ferrari’s team principal, Fred Vasseur, calling him “a very capable person.” However, he made it clear that for Ferrari to reclaim its winning legacy, they must first address the crucial issue of their car’s competitiveness. “This year, the only team that has the car is McLaren,” he criticized, underscoring the stark reality that Ferrari is currently falling behind its rivals.

As the season unfolds, the pressure mounts on Ferrari to not only salvage their reputation but also deliver results that can reignite the passion of their dedicated fan base. With McLaren in the driver’s seat and Ferrari struggling to keep pace, the stakes have never been higher. Will Ferrari rise from the ashes, or will they continue to spiral into mediocrity? The world of motorsport watches with bated breath.
