Ferrari Faces Brutal Reckoning as Italian Media Slams Team with a Shocking Zero Rating at Monza!

In a breathtaking display of disappointment, Ferrari has been dealt a staggering blow by the Italian media, receiving an abysmal zero rating for their performance at the iconic Italian Grand Prix in Monza. As the most celebrated team in Formula 1 history, the Scuderia entered their home race under immense pressure, with passionate fans—the tifosi—yearning for a podium finish. But what they witnessed was nothing short of a catastrophe.

Charles Leclerc, who crossed the finish line in fourth, and newly signed seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton, who clawed his way to sixth after starting from a dismal tenth position due to a grid penalty, left fans in a state of shock. Hamilton’s efforts were commendable, but they were overshadowed by a glaring deficiency in the car’s performance. The Italian media, particularly Corriere della Sera, did not hold back in their assessment, awarding Hamilton a respectable 7/10 and Leclerc a slightly better 7.5, suggesting that both drivers squeezed every ounce of potential from the troubled SF-25. But the real bombshell came with Ferrari’s team rating: a humiliating ZERO!

The publication’s scathing review accused Ferrari of ‘treason’, criticizing the team for failing to equip their drivers with a competitive car capable of fighting for victory in front of their home crowd. The tifosi, who flocked to Monza in droves hoping for a triumphant celebration, were instead left to witness a non-Ferrari podium—a betrayal that stung deeply. “Propaganda had puffed up its feathers and raised its crest after free practice,” the report lamented, echoing the collective anguish of fans. “Sunday’s disappointment (and Saturday’s) was serious and painful; this SF-25 is too problematic a car with little talent.”

The media’s indictment is clear: the time for deception is over. They urged the team to salvage whatever they could from the remaining season and to focus their energies on the 2026 regulations, which could potentially offer a lifeline for Ferrari’s dwindling hopes. The criticism was relentless, with the fans’ emotional investment in the team now being called into question as they celebrated a podium with drivers from rival teams.

For Hamilton, this season has been fraught with challenges. Despite his efforts to rebound during the race, he finds himself significantly trailing his teammate Leclerc, who has extended his lead to a staggering 46 points in the championship standings. Outqualifying Hamilton for the 12th time in just 16 races, Leclerc has outshined the Briton, leaving Hamilton scrambling for his first podium with Ferrari.

As the Ferrari team grapples with the fallout from this dismal performance, both the team and Hamilton must urgently rebuild their confidence. The road ahead is fraught with obstacles, but the 2026 season holds the promise of new regulations that could spark a resurgence. For now, however, the shadow of disappointment looms large over the Scuderia, and the tifosi’s hopes hang by a thread. The challenge is clear: can Ferrari rise from the ashes, or is this the beginning of the end for their storied legacy in Formula 1?
