In a thrilling Ferrari drag race, the 812 Superfast, 296 GTB, and SF90 battled it out for supremacy. Let’s take a closer look at each car’s specifications before the race begins.

Starting with the 812 Superfast, it boasts a powerful naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine. With 789 horsepower and 530 lb-ft of torque, this car has an impressive performance. However, its rear-wheel drive and 7-speed automatic gearbox may prove challenging in a straight-line race. Keep in mind that the 812 Superfast is primarily designed for Grand Touring purposes, catering to those who prioritize luxury over speed.

On the other hand, the 296 GTB and SF90 are more suited for high-performance tasks. The 296 GTB features a smaller 3.0-liter V6 engine with twin turbos and an electric motor. This combination results in a combined output of 819 horsepower and 546 lb-ft of torque. Equipped with an 8-speed automatic transmission, the 296 GTB has a competitive advantage over the 812 Superfast.

The SF90, labeled as a PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle), is not to be underestimated. Its 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, combined with three electric motors, delivers a staggering 986 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque. With all-wheel drive capabilities, the SF90 is expected to dominate the race.

As the race begins, it becomes evident that the 812 Superfast falls behind. Despite its power, it takes 11.8 seconds to cross the finish line, while the 296 GTB completes the race in just 10.2 seconds. The SF90, with its exceptional performance, finishes even faster, taking less than 10 seconds to reach the end. Ferrari has meticulously designed these cars to reflect their high price tags, ensuring a thrilling and competitive experience.

Stay tuned for the rolling races and brake test results, as Ferrari has surely crafted these vehicles to impress.
