Specializing in the modification of high-performance sports cars, the German company Novitec has revealed a series of “custom-made” components for the Ferrari 12Cilindri, which, for now, primarily focus on aerodynamics and design. The carbon fiber aerodynamic elements from the company in Stetten for this two-seater Ferrari not only ensure a more aggressive appearance but also greater capability, through a reduction in air resistance. Two examples: a new spoiler on the front bumper, and a new rear wing, which together increase the downforce on both axles, benefiting stability, especially at high speeds. Additionally, there is a new rear diffuser.

Visually, one of the major updates – even if it is not functional – is the inclusion of a panel in the color of the bodywork between the front headlights, standardizing the color in the front section, and, in a way, responding to one of the most common criticisms among enthusiasts of the Italian brand – since the look of the 12Cillindri is not consensual, and Novitec confirms that it invested in this modification due to pressure “from the fan community.” Other carbon fiber components include the two air vents on the hood, the panel in front of the windshield, the inserts behind the front wheel arches, and the mirror housings. The wheels, with tires 275/35ZR21 in the front and 325/30ZR22 in the back, also integrate the package of updates and were created in collaboration with the American company Vossen.

In the technical part, the specialists from the German company are still working on optimizing the 6.5-V12, promising that there will be news soon, but the Italian supercar can already rely on high-performance exhaust systems that improve performance and enhance the sound dimension of the 12Cilindri. Optionally, they can be made of Inconel, which is also available with a fine gold coating. Finally, for the suspension, a new set of sport springs is proposed, which further lowers the center of gravity.
