Fernando Alonso Unveils Astonishing Weakness of 2025 Aston Martin F1 Car

In a shocking revelation, Fernando Alonso, the seasoned driver, has exposed the critical flaws plaguing the performance of the 2025 Aston Martin Formula 1 car. Despite Aston Martin’s optimistic outlook on learning from past mistakes to enhance the design of their 2025 challenger, the reality has been far from ideal.

Under the revamped technical leadership led by CEO and Team Principal Andy Cowell, the AMR25 has faced a tumultuous start to the 2025 season, struggling to rise above the ranks and currently sitting as the eighth-fastest team on the grid. Even with Alonso’s expertise, the team has failed to secure a single point so far this season, painting a grim picture for their future performances.

Alonso candidly admitted, “We need some improvement… scoring points seems difficult this year,” following a disappointing race in Bahrain. He pinpointed low-speed corners as the Achilles’ heel of the Aston Martin, affecting their competitiveness in key races. The Spaniard emphasized the urgency to address this issue, stating, “the car is dying in the low speed… a well-known problem that we had last year as well and we still have this year.”

As the F1 circus moves to the Jeddah Corniche Circuit for the next race, Alonso remains skeptical about Aston Martin’s chances of securing points in a highly competitive midfield pack. With powerhouse teams dominating the top positions, Alonso recognizes the challenge of outperforming rivals such as Williams, Racing Bulls, and Haas to break into the points-scoring positions.

Despite hoping for a more favorable outcome in Saudi Arabia, Alonso remains realistic about Aston Martin’s prospects, acknowledging the fierce competition within the midfield teams. The road ahead looks arduous for the struggling Aston Martin squad, with Alonso’s insights shedding light on the pressing need for improvements to revive their dwindling fortunes on the track.
