Mercedes is not having a good start to this season, and the reason is believed to be their W15. The car that was supposed to be a powerful machine and help the team regain its former glory is now pushing the team’s future into complete darkness. Every passing week, the car is becoming incredibly difficult to control for the drivers.

However, Mercedes team principal, , believes that the car could meet expectations if the team takes the right steps. Whether it’s pure optimism or a calculated approach, here is where Toto Wolff and have differing opinions.

, a Formula 1 reporter, gave a brief insight on this matter in his program ‘Ted’s Notebook.

Mercedes has not had much luck with their previous competitors. This year, they had high hopes for the W15, which has now become an unbearable issue. The team is working hard to understand and resolve their underlying problems.

After the news of Lewis Hamilton’s move to Ferrari in 2025 shocked the F1 world, the big question that arose was who would replace the seven-time world champion. Mercedes has been vocal about the various options they have before them.

After the Australian GP, it seems that the Mercedes boss has his eyes set on a particular Spanish driver.

Many people in the world of F1 believed that joining Mercedes would be an ideal move for Sainz. However, after his impressive performance in Australia, the Spaniard now has several alternatives for the next season and is largely in control of his own destiny. The coming months could be crucial in determining where Sainz will end up in the 2025 F1 season.
