The Bahrain Grand Prix witnessed a flurry of track limit penalties that left top drivers Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton in the hot seat. In a shocking turn of events, the FIA confirmed that both Verstappen and Hamilton had laps deleted due to multiple breaches during the race.

The Bahrain International Circuit became a battleground for track limits, with a whopping 16 out of 20 drivers facing lap deletions. From Max Verstappen to Lando Norris, Yuki Tsunoda, and more, penalties were rife throughout the event. Surprisingly, even race winner Oscar Piastri wasn’t spared, with one of his laps being deleted for a minor off-track excursion.

The strict enforcement of track limits saw some drivers receiving warnings, while others like Jack Doohan faced time penalties after multiple violations. Notably, Kimi Antonelli served a pit-stop penalty for his staggering six off-track excursions, highlighting the intensity of the race.

With the battle for supremacy heating up in the F1 arena, the Bahrain Grand Prix served as a stark reminder of the unforgiving nature of track limits. As drivers push the limits of speed and skill, staying within the boundaries has never been more crucial. Stay tuned as the drama unfolds on the track, setting the stage for an exhilarating F1 season ahead.
