Christian Horner has generated a significant amount of negative attention for Red Bull recently. Amid the ongoing season, there have been reports of alleged misconduct by the Red Bull Team Principal towards a female staff member. These claims have resulted in internal conflicts within the Red Bull team. As a result, there has been much discussion surrounding the image of Formula 1.

In a recent interview with Quotidiano Sportivo, the CEO of Formula 1 was asked about the situation involving Red Bull and Christian Horner. He expressed unawareness of the issue and refrained from commenting. However, he expressed his hope that the reputation of Formula 1 will be upheld by all involved in the sport.

Stefano Domenicali, CEO of Formula 1, stated that he will only comment on the matter when there is a verdict or definitive conclusion. He emphasized the importance of preserving the image of Formula 1 and avoiding any damage to its reputation.

Since Liberty Media acquired Formula 1 in 2017, the sport has experienced a significant increase in viewership and fan base. The presence of Formula 1 on social media platforms and overall has expanded, establishing it as one of the most globally recognized sports.

During an interview, Domenicali discussed the resurgence of Formula 1 since 2017 and highlighted the impressive statistics associated with its viewership. He mentioned that in 2023, Formula 1 generated nearly three billion in revenue and attracted six million live spectators at race tracks. These numbers demonstrate the immense popularity of Formula 1.

Domenicali also noted that the increase in the number of races has led to more fans attending various Grand Prix events throughout the year. He concluded by stating that Formula 1 is currently more popular than ever and that its future looks promising.

Overall, despite the controversies involving Christian Horner and Red Bull, Formula 1 has been experiencing significant growth in terms of audience and followers. The sport’s positive trajectory suggests a bright future ahead.
