F1 Academy unveils stunning brand transformation for 2026 season: a bold new era begins

F1 Academy Unveils Daring Brand Overhaul as It Races into the Future

In an electrifying move that signals a bold new era, F1 Academy has officially launched a stunning brand refresh just in time for the 2026 season. This thrilling all-female racing series, now gearing up for its fourth season, is ditching its previous color scheme of cyan blue fading into purple and pink in favor of a striking purple base adorned with vibrant white, cyan blue, and hot pink accents. The transformation also introduces an eye-catching pixelated font along with a new ‘accelerator’ icon, setting the stage for a dynamic visual identity that promises to capture attention.

“This year, we’re stepping up a gear,” declared Susie Wolff, the managing director of F1 Academy, as she unveiled the fresh branding. Over the past three seasons, the series has not only built significant momentum but has also shattered outdated stereotypes about who belongs in the motorsport arena. “F1 Academy has cemented its place on the racing ladder and is already shaping the next generation of talent. Today, we unveil a bold new identity that reflects our ambition and the change we’re driving to help shape the future of our sport,” she emphasized passionately.

Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali echoed this sentiment, praising F1 Academy’s meteoric rise over the last three years. “F1 Academy has gone from strength to strength, nurturing talent from the grassroots up, growing global awareness, and breaking down barriers,” he stated. This new brand identity not only encapsulates the series’ forward momentum but also welcomes a wave of new drivers and fans into the thrilling world of F1, supported by the unwavering commitment of teams, race promoters, and partners.

Remarkably, F1 Academy has evolved from racing in front of empty grandstands to becoming a staple of F1 race weekends, with drivers successfully climbing the motorsport hierarchy. The recent crowning of 2025 champion Doriane Pin, who has been confirmed as a Mercedes development driver as of January 21, 2026, is a testament to the program’s effectiveness in cultivating top-tier talent.

As F1 Academy gears up for an exhilarating future, its new branding promises to enhance its visibility and impact within the motorsport community. With an ambitious vision and a commitment to fostering the next generation of racing stars, F1 Academy is not just a series; it is a movement poised to redefine the landscape of motorsport. Buckle up, because this is just the beginning!
