EVerged acelera a expansão do carregamento de veículos elétricos nos EUA com tecnologia portuguesa

The American company EVerged, a leader in sustainable energy solutions and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, announced the selection of the Portuguese company i-charging as its preferred supplier for its next-generation direct current fast charging (DCFC) hardware products.

This decision, driven by technology, reinforces EVerged’s commitment to providing cutting-edge, reliable, and safe charging solutions for the electric vehicle market, as part of the company’s comprehensive energy solutions portfolio.

Through this partnership, Everged will bring to the U.S. market nearly 1,000 technologically advanced direct current fast charging systems, backed by a strong performance track record across Europe.

The hardware from i-charging is designed for efficiency and reliability, with an output power of up to 50 to 400 kW per plug, drastically reducing charging times and improving the experience for electric vehicle users.

“We chose i-charging due to its unparalleled standards of technology, reliability, and cybersecurity”, said Jefferson W. Smith, CEO of EVerged. “Its direct current fast charging solutions are among the most advanced in the world, offering two independent communication channels, remote monitoring capabilities, and intelligent cable management systems. This partnership allows us to provide unmatched reliability and experience in electric vehicle charging.”
