The seven models that will succeed the Renault Scenic in the competition for the 2025 European Car of the Year title are now known.
In the first voting round, the 60 jurors from 23 European countries had to choose from 42 models the seven finalists for the continental award, which are: the Alfa Romeo Junior, Citroën C3, Cupra Terramar, Dacia Duster, Hyundai Inster, Kia EV3, and Renault 5/Alpine A290 (considered the same model).
From now on, the jurors will have 8 weeks to thoroughly test the seven finalists and decide on a vote that will allow them to choose the best model in Europe.
The winner of the “The Car Of The Year 2025” award will be announced on January 10, during the Brussels Motor Show.
