Dodge is taking a big step forward in the brand’s performance path towards an electrified future, and after ending production of the Charger, the American brand has revealed on social media the first images of the new generation of the well-known model that will be 100% electric and is expected to hit the market in 2025.

The exterior style of the pre-production prototype, now revealed, appears to be very similar to the Charger Daytona SRT presented in 2022, incorporating subtle elements that connect to Dodge’s heritage, with a front section marked by vertical air intakes and a front grille with a transverse lighting centered by an illuminated white Fratzog emblem.
Everything points to the new Charger having an 800V electric system, a multi-speed automatic transmission, as well as all-wheel drive and the “Fratzonic Chambered Exhaust,” which can emit high-performance sound through an amplification and tuning chamber located at the rear of the vehicle, thus maintaining the sound characteristics of a V8 muscle car.
