Dodge is preparing to unveil the new 100% electric Charger, which promises to be a significant step towards the electrified future of the American brand.
It is already known that the new electric Charger will use an artificially generated “exhaust” sound through the “Fratzonic Chambered Exhaust” system, which can emit high-performance sound through an amplification and tuning chamber located at the rear of the vehicle, thus maintaining the sound characteristics of a muscle car equipped with a Hemi V8.
In order for the new sound of the Charger to be pleasing to fans of the American model, Dodge has been working to fine-tune the sound of the “Fratzonic” system, which has not been easy.
However, to showcase the capabilities of the system, the brand has now revealed the sound of the electric Charger through social media, showing that the model can indeed emit a sound reminiscent of the V8.
Purists can rest assured, the new generation of the Charger will have a combustion engine along with the 100% electric variant.
