DJ Khaled has expressed his desire to see his iconic “We The Best” logo featured on a NASCAR car during a race. Unfortunately, fans who attended the 2024 Daytona 500 in the hopes of witnessing DJ Khaled perform alongside Pitbull were left disappointed as the event was postponed due to inclement weather conditions. The Cup season opener and the Xfinity Series season opener have now been rescheduled for Monday. DJ Khaled has confirmed that he will not be performing on Monday.

In light of the race postponement, DJ Khaled spoke with the media and discussed various topics, including his interest in becoming a team owner in NASCAR. He shared his passion for the sport and his dream of seeing a car adorned with his “We The Best” brand racing on the NASCAR tracks. DJ Khaled’s second album, also titled “We The Best,” has been a commercial success since its release in 2007, selling over 440K copies.

Recently, DJ Khaled expressed his desire to become a team owner in NASCAR and to witness the presence of a car featuring his “We The Best” brand on the racing track. This statement was reported by Noah Lewis.

While DJ Khaled and Pitbull decided not to participate in the Daytona 500, another well-known celebrity, whose name has been omitted, has chosen to remain in Florida until Monday. This individual will have the honor of giving the command to start the engines for the second time in their life, and the first time ever at the Daytona 500. Pitbull, on the other hand, has promised to perform at next year’s event.

Pitbull is not only a performer within the NASCAR community, but also a dedicated team owner. He co-owns the Chevy Cup Series team, Trackhouse Racing, which extends beyond NASCAR as they also operate in MotoGP.

Pitbull entered the sport alongside Justin Marks, a former NASCAR driver and entrepreneur. In just three years, they have built a formidable two-car team, with an additional part-time entry car, capable of competing for the championship. Their successful Project-91 initiative, in collaboration with three-time Super Cars champion, whose name has been omitted, has played a significant role in their achievements. Furthermore, their diverse crew and talented drivers, whose names have been omitted, make them strong contenders. If DJ Khaled can follow a similar path, he too has the potential to achieve success in NASCAR.
