Land Rover has announced two new editions of the Discovery, which pay homage to the 35-year legacy of the brand’s well-known SUV, with subtle references to the model’s history in their names, which also inspire exclusive design details.
The new Tempest edition represents the pinnacle of the range and is available, for the first time, with three body color options, all exclusively with a matte protective film. Customers can choose from Charente Grey, Varesine Blue, or Carpathian Grey with the matte protective film.

The contrasting roof finish in Petra Copper Gloss is included as standard, with Narvik Gloss Black available as an option. This is complemented by a Petra Copper Gloss finish on the exterior design details, including the wheel arch grilles, the Discovery badge, and the lower bumper inserts.
The 22” alloy wheels feature a Petra Copper varnish and Gloss Black details, a new finish for the Discovery and exclusive to the Tempest.

In addition, this Tempest edition is also identified by exclusive logos on the B pillars, door sills, ground lighting, and interior finishes. The spiral Tempest graphic represents power and movement. The cabin is enhanced by Shadow Aluminium details and additional Ebony Windsor leather upholstery.
The Gemini edition is available in six exterior colors, including Sedona Red, a new addition for the Discovery, and exclusively in this edition, with a contrasting Narvik Gloss Black roof. The Narvik Gloss Black details extend to the lower body cladding and the front wheel arch grilles, complemented by the grille surround and Discovery badge in Atlas Gloss.

The specific Gemini graphics on the B pillar logos, door sill protectors, and interior finishes are also present, along with the new 21’’ alloy wheels featuring double spokes and a Diamond Turned Silver finish.
The Discovery Gemini features several details that make this SUV the ideal partner for family adventures, with a set of additional comfort and convenience features, including a built-in refrigerator compartment between the front seats, Click & Go multimedia supports for rear seat occupants, and automatic three-zone air conditioning.

The two new editions of the Discovery are available with the latest Ingenium D350 diesel engine, featuring state-of-the-art 3.0-liter 48V mild hybrid technology, which delivers 350 hp and a maximum torque of 700 Nm. The power is sent to all four wheels through an eight-speed transmission with all-wheel drive.
