Diretor do Grande Prêmio de Miami e CEO do Miami Dolphins defende a decisão de vender “caros rolos de lagosta” na corrida de Fórmula 1.

The Miami Grand Prix faced criticism from online fans due to excessively high prices of food. Lando Norris emerged as the winner of the race, which was surrounded by a glamorous and extravagant atmosphere. Numerous celebrities were present at the Hard Rock Stadium. As expected, everything around the venue was expensive due to the American weekend. Some people highlighted the exorbitant prices of food items on the Miami Grand Prix menu. The Executive Director of the Miami Grand Prix, [Name], defended the inflated prices of food items at the venue.

An event participant took to [Social Media Platform] to share the price of Lobster Rolls, which was $280. However, this person did not provide much context or additional information about the mentioned prices. [Name] clarified the situation and explained that the prices mentioned were for a suite, not for general access. Additionally, the portion size would likely be larger considering the mentioned prices.

The CEO of the Miami Dolphins, [Name], also stated that the $280 price for Lobster Rolls was intended to serve more than just one person. The portions would be sufficient for up to ten people, hence the high price. However, it is true that Formula 1 tickets and other associated products are generally expensive and not accessible to everyone. Therefore, the sport may need to reconsider its pricing strategy for such items during a race if tickets are already expensive.

Although there were expensive items at the event, [Name] revealed that there were also affordable options available. Additionally, some items had higher prices because they were prepared by renowned chefs. For example, [Chef’s Name] was present, preparing Vodka Rigatoni, which naturally had a higher cost.

According to [Name], the event aimed to offer participants a wide variety of options. However, people tended to focus on the negative aspects, such as high prices, without considering the context. The $280 Lobster Rolls, which could feed almost twelve people, were justified in terms of their price.

American weekends are generally more expensive compared to other events due to high demand. Additionally, these weekends bring significant financial benefits to Formula 1. Therefore, the sport should continue to race in America and maintain the availability of high-priced items as well.
