Prazo para funcionária da Red Bull recorrer de veredicto inocente em caso de má conduta contra Christian Horner

The Red Bull employee still has legal options available if she wishes to take action against Christian Horner outside of the company. Horner, who is 50 years old, recently faced negative attention due to allegations of misconduct made by a Red Bull employee. The incident led to an independent investigation by Red Bull GmbH, which ultimately cleared Horner of all accusations. However, no specific details about the investigation were disclosed. It seems that time may be running out for the employee to appeal the decision.

Previously, Red Bull GmbH had stated that despite the complaints being dismissed, the employee had the right to appeal the decision. The identity of the employee was not disclosed to the press. According to The Times, the employee has until March 6 to file an appeal with Red Bull GmbH. If she wishes to take further action within the company, she must do so by that deadline.

However, the employee has the option to take legal action against Christian Horner. There have been reports suggesting that she may take the case to English courts. However, as of now, there is no news of a lawsuit being filed against the Red Bull Team Principal.

Despite the allegations, the employee who accused Christian Horner has chosen to remain at the Milton Keynes location. Recent reports indicate that both Horner and the employee have been working together professionally, despite the uncomfortable situation. They have managed to maintain a working relationship without major conflicts.

The situation took a turn when alleged evidence against Christian Horner was leaked. Although Red Bull had previously cleared him of any wrongdoing, the leak brought attention back to the British Team Principal. Additionally, Horner’s father, Jos Verstappen, had a disagreement with him over the handling of the situation.

Undoubtedly, the recent events have caused problems within the Red Bull camp. However, Christian Horner continues to fulfill his role as Team Principal. The future may change significantly if the employee decides to take further action against him, whether through an appeal or legal means.
