Daniil Kvyat acredita que a Red Bull poderia contactá-lo durante a ‘turbulência’ em Milton Keynes.

Daniil Kvyat criticized his former employer Red Bull for the recent turbulence within the Austrian team. Kvyat was transferred from Red Bull to Toro Rosso (now VisaCashAppRB) in 2016 after four races. He last competed in Formula 1 in 2020 before being released by the Faenza-based team. The 29-year-old driver suggested that Red Bull could reach out to him if needed amid rumors of instability in Milton Keynes.

The investigation involving Red Bull caused a power struggle within the team. There were reports of a desire to leave the team, as well as rumors of departure due to the situation. Even Marko were plotting to remove the team boss before Red Bull absolved him of any charges. However, things have calmed down in Milton Keynes since then.

Kvyat stated that things seemed a bit chaotic at Red Bull and he was not surprised. He joked that if the Austrian team wanted to bring back an old friend, he would be available. The 29-year-old driver noted that Red Bull still had his contact information in case they wanted to bring him back.

Kvyat did not hold back in criticizing the current situation at Red Bull. He questioned the importance of Christian Horner and Helmut Marko in relation to each other. Horner reportedly gained more support from the Thai shareholders of Red Bull GmbH after a meeting in Dubai.

Furthermore, Kvyat raised doubts about who is winning the power struggle within the team. According to him, the whole situation will be interesting to watch. Therefore, the Russian driver is open to the unlikely possibility of being called up by Milton Keynes in the future.

Red Bull is working to dispel rumors about power struggles that have been circulating since the death of co-founder Dietrich Mateschitz. Despite internal tensions and stability issues, the team continues to compete as planned. The on-track performance in Milton Keynes has remained unchanged, with the team winning three of the first four races.
