Daniel Ricciardo confessa estar impressionado com o Red Bull RB20, afirmando que a equipe está determinada a ‘dominar a concorrência’ nesta temporada.

The 34-year-old pilot is among the candidates for the Red Bull position in 2025. Daniel Ricciardo (via IMAGO) revealed the new car a week ago, surprising everyone with its completely different design. During the pre-season tests, the car pushed its limits and sent a warning to all competitors on the grid, indicating a potential repeat of last year’s success. Now, Ricciardo has shared his thoughts on Red Bull’s challenger in 2024.

The RB20 will be driven by Ricciardo and his teammate, who will push the car to its limit throughout the season. As a long-time member of the Red Bull family, Ricciardo is impressed with the team’s latest creation. The 34-year-old pilot is confident that the RB20 will dominate the competition, just as they did last year.

Ricciardo explained that while other teams take a relaxed approach to winning, Red Bull is not complacent. They constantly strive to improve their machinery and build upon what they already have. According to the eight-time winner, this mindset sets them apart from the rest of the teams. Several experts, along with Ricciardo, agree that Red Bull dares to explore new territories and take risks, giving them a competitive advantage.

Recently, several teams have expressed concerns about the close relationship between Red Bull and another entity. CEO Zak Brown, in particular, has been vocal about this issue. However, Ricciardo clarified that the newly renamed VCARB team is no longer a junior team of Red Bull. He believes that VCARB has its own identity and operates independently from the Austrian team.

Meanwhile, Ricciardo is preparing for the upcoming season and aims to establish himself as the team leader. He is determined to secure a place with the reigning champions and will give his all to achieve this goal.
