Nova geração do Sandero vai chegar em 2027 e vai manter o formato de “hatchback

Dacia aims to advance with the expansion of its model range, and Denis le Vot, the brand’s CEO, announced to “Autocar” that the Renault subsidiary will present a new five-year plan at the end of 2025, with the goal of boosting the brand’s electric mobility while maintaining the commitment to continue producing affordable cars.

The new plan includes the arrival of an electric Sandero by 2027/28, as well as additional models for the C segment and a new entry-level electric model as a successor to the small electric SUV Spring.

Regarding the new Sandero, Denis Le Vot stated that the technical specifications of the electric model should be finalized by the end of the year, in order to maximize technological advancements and cost reductions for the compact. Additionally, according to le Vot, the successor to the Spring will be developed in China, but, unlike the current model, it will be manufactured in Europe. It will also be larger than the current generation.

In addition to the new electric Sandero and the Spring, Dacia has plans to strengthen its C-SUV segment range where it made its debut with the Bigster. In this regard, Denis le Vot confirmed to “Autocar” that the brand is preparing to offer a model larger than the Bigster in the coming years.
