Da Costa wins for Porsche in another chaotic race in Berlin.

In the latest edition of the Berlin E-Prix, Porsche factory driver Antonio Felix da Costa emerged as the winner in an exciting race at the Tempelhof circuit. Despite the race distance being reduced, drivers anticipated that the nature of the event would remain unchanged – and they were right. The race was marked by incidents, including a safety car intervention caused by Maximilian Guenther’s accident against the wall. Another collision between former teammates Sacha Fenestraz and Norman Nato resulted in a second safety car period. Da Costa took advantage of these interruptions and showcased his energy management skills to overtake Mitch Evans and secure the victory. Nick Cassidy maintained the championship lead with a second place finish, while Oliver Rowland secured his second podium of the weekend for Nissan. Pascal Wehrlein, despite facing issues with the Andretti cars, managed to hold off Jake Dennis and finish in fourth place. Jehan Daruvala bounced back from a disappointing race on Saturday and secured seventh place for Maserati MSG. Taylor Barnard, replacing the injured Sam Bird at McLaren, impressed with an eighth place finish. Substitute drivers Joel Eriksson and Jean-Eric Vergne also scored points for Envision Jaguar and DS Penske, respectively.
