Cupra mostra versão de produção camuflada do Raval

Cuprа revealed the camouflaged production version of the Raval before the opening of the Munich Motor Show, which takes place from this Monday until the next 14th.

The new electric city model is scheduled to hit the market next year, with production of the Raval expected to start “in the coming months.”

“The Cupra Raval is an innovative model for our future. It embodies everything that Cupra represents: excitement, striking design, electrifying performance, and, as always, the person behind the wheel.”, said Markus Haupt, interim CEO of Cupra.

“For us, the Cupra Raval is more than just a car. What makes it truly special is the project behind it — the family of urban electric vehicles — which we proudly developed in Spain. We are strengthening synergies within the group, making Spain a center of electromobility and electric models more accessible to millions of people.”

With its traditional camouflaged paint, the Raval presented in Munich is a fully electric model designed to take the brand beyond traditional boundaries. Creating a perfect balance between design and electric performance, the Cupra Raval is based on VW’s MEB+ platform and features front-wheel drive, promising to offer a dynamic and engaging experience focused on the driver.

At just 4 meters long, the compact model is designed for much more than city life. All versions of the Raval have been designed to incorporate the brand’s competitive DNA, which is why they feature a chassis that is 15 mm lower than the platform, specially tuned suspension, progressive steering that increases agility, and ESC Sport.

The top-of-the-line version, the Raval VZ, goes even further, equipped with CUPBucket seats, DCC Sport suspension, ESC OFF mode, 19” wheels with 235 mm wider tires, and an electronic limited-slip differential.

The Cupra Raval will be available with two battery sizes, various power levels, and different trims to meet customer needs. Additionally, drivers will benefit from Travel Assist with lane change recognition and traffic sign recognition, Intelligent Park Assist, and a 360° Area View camera.

With this bold model set to hit the market in 2026, Cupra proves that electric cars can be exciting, desirable, and made for people who enjoy the pleasure of driving.
