Cupra continues its globalization strategy with the opening of the 10th Cupra City Garage in Istanbul, Turkey. Located along the shores of the Bosphorus, one of the city’s most modern areas, the first Cupra City Garage in Turkey blends the brand’s Mediterranean roots with the unique mix of European and Asian cultures found in Istanbul.
The unique design of the space combines Mediterranean, Turkish, and brand styles, featuring a suspended sculpture that evokes the Istanbul Bridge, while the urban wall symbolizes the connection between European and Asian cultures.
The brand’s copper signature represents connectivity and electrification, while the concrete columns, industrial lamps, metal shelves, and raw ceilings highlight the brand’s distinct character.
“The inauguration of the Cupra City Garage in Istanbul, along with the launch of the Terramar in the market, is an excellent way to wrap up a historic year for Cupra. Our ambition is to sell 10,000 cars this year in Turkey – the largest market for the brand outside of Europe, which will play a strategic role in our international expansion,” said Wayne Griffiths, CEO of Cupra.
The newly opened Cupra City Garage in Istanbul joins the existing brand locations in Mexico City, Milan, Munich, Lisbon, Rotterdam, Sydney, Berlin, Paris, and Madrid.
