After the end of the partnership with Alfa Romeo, next season Sauber will have a new designation in Formula 1 – also due to the reinforcement with one of the existing sponsors. In 2024 and 2025 it will be called Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber, while Guanyu Zhou and Valtteri Bottas’ car will be the Kick Sauber C44.
Kick.com is a leading streaming platform that was already present in Sauber in some races this year, after being announced as a partner at the beginning of the season. Created only in October of last year, it has a “creator first” model, with about 22 million registered users.
Alessandro Alunni Bravi, Sauber’s team representative, stated in a press release: ‘Sauber has always been about innovation, breaking the mold, and challenging convention. The partnership with Kick.com is the latest and boldest demonstration of the philosophy that guides us. Kick.com is redefining live streaming and they will adopt the same revolutionary approach in the world of Formula 1. With Kick.com, our goal is to take the next step in finding new and innovative ways to connect with our fans’.
