Citroën has announced that it will unveil its vision of a future model of the brand through a highly expressive showcar, which will be presented at the Paris Motor Show, taking place from October 14 to 20.
Although it has not revealed details about the concept on display, the French brand indicated in a statement that it is a showcar, “colorful and true to Citroën’s new style, which has a confident presence, leaving no doubt that it is an illustration of a future model for an important segment”.
At the same time it will be looking ahead to a future model, Citroën will also showcase the refreshed C4 and C4X, which are known to feature a more simplified and coherent style that reflects the new brand identity.
The C4 offers more space and elegance than ever, while the C4 X is an elegant fastback with plenty of room. In this way, Citroën is developing two major players in their respective market segments, based on the C4, a model that ranks second among C-segment sedans in Europe, considering all powertrains. A pioneer in electric vehicles in this segment, it is currently one of the five best-selling electric sedans in the C segment.
The new generation of the C3 Aircross, presented in June, will be one of the highlighted models at the French brand’s stand. The C3 Aircross is the most affordable compact SUV on the market, featuring a strong character, options for energy choice, space and comfort on board, as well as seating for a maximum of 7 people.
