Fuels: cheaper diesel at the beginning of 2024.

Filling up the car with diesel, the most consumed fuel in Portugal, is cheaper in the first week of 2024.

According to calculations by the website Mais Gasolina, on the early morning of Monday, January 1st, Galp reduced the price of regular diesel by 3.5 cents per liter, to an average price of €1.654 per liter.

At BP, regular 95 gasoline became half a cent cheaper, with an average price of €1.742 per liter, while regular diesel dropped 4 cents to a price of €1.688.

On the other hand, at Repsol, the price of regular 95 gasoline slightly decreased by half a cent to €1.698, while regular diesel became 3 cents cheaper, with a price of €1.648.
