Carlos Sainz não conseguiu testar seus limites durante o treino do GP da Arábia Saudita devido a doença.

Carlos Sainz Jr, Spanish driver for Ferrari, faced challenges during the practices for the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix due to his ongoing illness. Despite feeling unwell, Sainz persisted and took to the track. However, he admitted that he was unable to fully exploit the potential of his Ferrari Formula 1 car on the high-speed Jeddah circuit. Sainz finished seventh in the second practice session, trailing behind Fernando Alonso and his teammate Charles Leclerc. Reflecting on his tough day, Sainz expressed his hope to feel better for the upcoming sessions and be able to perform at his best.

During the morning practice session, Sainz managed to secure sixth place, but he acknowledged the physical demands of the high-speed nature of the Jeddah circuit. Despite the challenges, Sainz completed the session and is determined to come back stronger. Tomorrow, the drivers will have a final practice session to familiarize themselves with the car and the circuit before qualifying. However, for Sainz, his focus is more on improving his health. His illness also hindered his ability to perform positive race simulations, leaving him with work to do if he wants to replicate his podium performance from the previous race in Bahrain.

Sainz emphasized the difficulty of interpreting lap times during practice and highlighted the importance of Friday’s qualifying. He acknowledged that his long runs during practice were not ideal, making Sunday’s race a new challenge. In the second practice session, Sainz and Ferrari found themselves in the midst of other top teams like Aston Martin, Red Bull, and Mercedes. As the order before qualifying remains uncertain, Sainz and his team will continue preparing and striving for a strong performance.
