Carlos Sainz supostamente recebe contrato de dois anos da Mercedes F1.

Carlos Sainz is currently the most promising talent in the driver market in 2024. According to recent predictions, Mercedes has made a two-year offer to Sainz, who will be free from his contract with Ferrari at the end of this season. This means he will need to find a new team for next year, as Ferrari has chosen to replace him with another driver.

Despite a disappointing start to Sainz’s season, this setback has presented new opportunities for him. He is currently the most sought-after driver in the 2024 driver market.

It is no surprise that Sainz has caught the attention of many team leaders due to his outstanding performance since the beginning of the 2024 season. He has achieved podium finishes in every race he has participated in and consistently outperformed his teammate. Audi has shown interest in him from the start.

According to reports from Corriere dello Sport, Carlos Sainz has signed a contract with Mercedes for 2025. Additionally, @FUnoAT reports that Mercedes offered Sainz a 1+1 year contract. This news triggered a race among several teams to secure the signature of the 29-year-old driver.

Former F1 driver Mark Webber raised an important question regarding Ferrari’s decision for 2025. With the hiring of another driver for next year, Sainz was left without a seat. However, considering Sainz’s impressive performances this season, Webber believes Ferrari may be having second thoughts.

Ferrari’s star driver, Charles Leclerc, has been impressed by Sainz’s skills. Additionally, Sainz remains the only non-Red Bull driver to win a race since the previous season’s Singapore Grand Prix. Even after undergoing appendicitis, Sainz managed to secure a victory in Australia, showcasing his worth and talent.
