It is already on April 27th that the Caramulo Museum will be in Lisbon to carry out Historic Vehicle Certifications, where any classic vehicle owner can request certification for their vehicle in an initiative that requires online booking.
It should be noted that according to Decree-Law 144/2017, all vehicles over 30 years old that are certified by the Caramulo Museum (FIVA Member) as Historic Vehicles of Interest are exempt from the Mandatory Periodic Inspection (IPO). All vehicles manufactured after 1981 up to 30 years of age are also eligible for road tax exemption.
