Caramulo Museum already has a date for the final certifications of classics in 2023.

The Caramulo Museum has announced that it will be in Funchal, Lisbon, Leiria, and Viana do Castelo on December 9th, and in Coimbra on December 16th, to carry out certifications of vehicles of historical interest. Any owner of a classic vehicle can join this process by making their online appointment.

It should be noted that according to Decree-Law 144/2017, all vehicles over 30 years old that are certified by the Caramulo Museum as Vehicles of Historical Interest are exempt from the Mandatory Periodic Inspection (IPO).

In addition, all vehicles manufactured after 1981 up until the age of 30 are also eligible for the exemption from Vehicle Tax (IUC).
