But let’s be realistic here. No one is claiming that Purdy is the best player on the team. There are numerous standout athletes on the 49ers’ roster, such as Deebo Samuel, Christian McCaffrey, Nick Bosa, and Fred Warner. Purdy is simply not in the same league as these certified studs.
