Luke Browning secured victory in the Highlight Race in Austria, propelling him to the top of the F3 Championship standings. Driving for Hitech, Browning capitalized on his pole position to claim the win. Beganovic and Mini completed the podium.

During the race start, Tim Tramnitz had a scare with the anti-stall, causing him to drop to seventh position. Browning, on the other hand, comfortably maintained his lead. Meanwhile, Beganovic showcased impressive overtaking skills, surpassing several cars, including his teammate Lindblad, to secure second position.

The Prema Racing team dominated the early stages of the race, with Beganovic leading the charge, followed by Lindblad and Gabriele Mini. Noel Leon, starting 13th on the grid, made impressive progress, climbing to sixth position and splitting the two Campos cars driven by Oliver Goethe and Sebastian Montoya.

Alex Dunne also made notable gains during the initial phase of the race, advancing two positions from ninth place by overtaking Nikola Tsolov and Montoya. On lap 7, Leon managed to overtake Dunne, securing fifth position. Unfortunately, Montoya retired from the race after colliding with Tramnitz.

While the leading Prema cars maintained their positions, Lindblad dropped to seventh position after a collision with Goethe at Turn 3, resulting in a compromised exit for the British driver. The FIA briefly recorded the incident and announced an investigation into the collision between Montoya and Tramnitz.

A virtual safety car was deployed on lap 12 after a collision between Campos driver Mari Boya and Nikita Bedrin at Turn 3. After a short period under the virtual safety car, the race resumed, and Leon wasted no time in trying to gain more positions and secure a place on the podium. Unfortunately, he collided with Goethe, causing a puncture in his VAR Motorsport car’s tire and undoing his previous progress.

Tramnitz received a 10-second time penalty for his collision with Montoya, while Dunne received a similar penalty for causing a collision. This penalty took Dunne out of fifth position, removing him from the scoring positions. Boya also received a 10-second time penalty for his collision with Bedrin.

As the race leader, Browning comfortably maintained his lead until lap 17. However, Beganovic began to exert strong pressure on the British driver, reducing the gap to just two tenths of a second on lap 18. Beganovic eagerly awaited an opportunity to make a pass for the lead.

Christian Mansell, surrounded by his ART teammates for most of the race, successfully overtook Tsolov and Lindblad, securing sixth position. Mansell’s charge continued as he passed Goethe, claiming fifth place with five laps remaining.

Meanwhile, Browning maintained his lead, with Beganovic closely following, seeking an opportunity to make a pass. However, it was Beganovic who found himself threatened when Mini attempted to take second position with a maneuver at Turn 3.

No final, Mini managed to overtake his Prema teammate with an impressive move on the outside of Turn 4. However, Beganovic fought back on the final lap, reclaiming his position at Turn 3, only for Mini to take it back again with a repeated maneuver at Turn 4.

This battle allowed Browning to build a significant advantage, comfortably crossing the finish line in first place and taking the lead in the Formula 3 Drivers’ Championship. Prema Racing completed the podium, with Mini finishing ahead of Beganovic after an exciting fight for second place. Mansell finished in fourth place, narrowly missing out on a podium spot. Despite starting eleventh on the grid, Mansell made an impressive recovery.

Goethe finished in fifth place, followed by ART’s Tsolov in sixth, who had won the previous day. Lindblad, Van Hoepen, Fornaroli, and Dunne completed the top ten after penalties.

Shocking Events in the World of Sports

In the world of sports, sometimes unbelievable things happen. And that’s exactly what happened yesterday during the football match between rival teams, Corinthians and Palmeiras. The game, which was expected to be a fierce competition, turned into complete chaos.

Right at the beginning of the match, Corinthians’ star player, Pedro Silva, suffered a serious ankle injury after a violent tackle from Palmeiras’ player, Lucas Santos. The scene was shocking and left all spectators in disbelief. The referee immediately sent Santos off the field, but the anger and tension between the players only escalated.

While the game continued, tensions were increasingly high. Players from both teams started getting involved in fights and arguments, resulting in more expulsions. The field turned into a true battlefield, with punches and kicks being exchanged between the players.

The confusion continued until the police entered the field to try to control the situation. But even with the police intervention, the violence did not cease. Fans started invading the field and getting involved in the fights, making the situation even more chaotic.

In the end, the game was canceled due to the violence and turmoil. The players involved in the fights were suspended and fined, and both teams were penalized. This shocking incident served as a reminder of how the rivalry between teams can get out of control and harm the sport.

We hope that sports authorities take serious measures to prevent situations like this from happening again in the future. Sports should be an environment of fun and healthy competition, not a battlefield. Let’s hope that players and fans learn from this incident and work together to promote a safe and respectful environment in stadiums.
