BMW revela “teaser” de novo concept

BMW has once again surprised its fans by posting two images of a new concept on social media, which appears to be a Shooting Brake version of the Skytop, set to be revealed in 2024 and showcasing the brand’s vision for more luxurious travel.

The newly revealed images show the front of the concept with a sleek light signature, as well as a sculpted rear with ultra-thin LEDs, and a body style characteristic of a shooting brake, unlike the Skytop, which is a distinct convertible.

BMW describes the model as “a unique blend of design, elegance, and precise craftsmanship,” suggesting that it is a special concept. The company also referred to this prototype as dynamic, elegant, and exotic, adding that the vehicle is “built to touch hearts and souls.”

Like the Skytop, the new concept from the German brand will likely be based on the BMW 8 Series, and it may very well be equipped with the same 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 engine from the M8 Competition, producing 625 horsepower.

The brand has not revealed more details about this concept, but everything indicates that it will be presented at this year’s Concorso d’Eleganza di Villa d’Este, which will take place at Lake Como, Italy, from May 24 to 26.
