Bentley Motors will unveil the fourth generation of the Continental GT Speed at the first edition of the Concours of Elegance in Tegernsee, Germany, which will take place on July 26 and 27.
Equipped with the ‘Ultra Performance Hybrid’ propulsion system, which combines a 4.0-liter, twin-turbo V8 engine that produces 600 hp and 800 Nm, along with an electric unit installed on the rear axle capable of developing 190 hp and 450 Nm. In this way, the combined power is 782 hp and 1000 Nm of maximum torque.
The electric motor is powered by a 25.9 kWh battery that announces a 100% electric mode range of 81 km. In addition, the new generation of the Continental GT Speed promises a 0 to 100 km/h acceleration in 3.2 seconds, reaching a top speed of 335 km/h.
The pinnacle of artisanal luxury, the fourth generation of the Continental GT Speed benefits from a new design both inside and out. The new Bentley design DNA now presents a more muscular and contemporary personality, exemplified by unique front headlights that announce a revolution in the brand’s design.
The new Continental GT Speed features the Bentley Performance Active Chassis, which includes active all-wheel drive, electronic differential, rear-wheel steering, and Bentley Dynamic Ride. Inside, the four-seat cabin offers ‘wellness’ seats, a new three-dimensional air ionization system, and textured leather upholstery, as well as a new pattern and a dark chrome finish.
