Gaining new “wings,” Bentley announced that the Continental GT, as well as the convertible GT and the Flying Spur, will feature a new sound system, with an exclusive titanium exhaust designed by Akrapovič.
The new exhaust system, precisely manufactured from titanium and superalloys, provides an exciting and visceral soundtrack that does justice to the performance of these models and is closely related to the system offered as an option for the newly launched Bentayga Speed.
Compared to the “normal” exhaust system, the new Akrapovič sports exhaust offers a weight reduction of up to 10 kg.
The deep, sporty, and powerful tone of the new sports exhaust enhances the character and charisma of the Continental GT, convertible GT, and Flying Spur. When the Sport T mode is selected, a valve-controlled bypass in each rear silencer opens, producing an exciting and deep roar during rapid accelerations.
The new Akrapovič exhaust system is offered as an option in the Continental GT, Continental GT convertible, and Flying Spur ranges, whether equipped with the High Performance Hybrid or Ultra Performance Hybrid engines from the Speed models.
