Audi’s Functions Store is now available in Portugal, allowing customers to add extra features to their vehicles even after purchase.
This state-of-the-art e-commerce platform is the primary gateway for owners who wish to acquire new functionalities and extend the connectivity licenses of their Audi vehicles.
Through the myAudi app or at my.audi.com, users can access a wide range of additional features aimed at personalizing their Audi.
The Audi Functions Store is available for all Audi models and allows flexible reservation of features in the areas of lighting, driver assistance, and infotainment.
The customer can test a function before making a final decision, with the option to reserve a one-month trial period. During this period, it is possible to extend the reservation as needed, with various subscription durations available. If the customer chooses not to extend the reservation, it automatically expires at the end of the selected period, without the need for active cancellation.
Payment methods available in the Functions Store include PayPal, Mastercard, and VISA. Reservation and payment are made through the app or at my.audi.com. Once the reservation process is completed, Audi’s IT system sends an authenticated data package to the vehicle via mobile network, making it available the next time the car is started.
With the Audi Function Store, it is also possible to extend Audi connect packages and reserve new digital features directly through myAudi, with various subscription options.
The reserved functions are always linked to a specific vehicle: if the vehicle is sold, the functions remain active until the end of the contracted period and can be used by the new owner, who can also reserve additional functions.
