Audi has announced the opening of orders for the new 100% electric SUV Q6 E-Tron, the first production model of the brand based on the Premium Electric Platform (PPE) of 800V, the same one used by the electric Porsche Macan, representing the next step in premium electric mobility.
The new Audi Q6 E-Tron is available for order in the 55 quattro versions, with a starting price of €82,949, while the SQ6 quattro variant starts at €97,818.
The Audi Q6 E-Tron 55 quattro has a power of 387 hp and 855 Nm of torque, capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.9 seconds and reaching a top speed of 210 km/h.
The most powerful version SQ6 E-Tron quattro offers a power of 517 hp, allowing an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds and a top speed of 230 km/h.
Both versions of the new Audi premium SUV are equipped with a total capacity 100 kWh battery, providing a range of up to 784 km. Benefiting from 800 volts technology and a maximum charging capacity of 270 kW, the battery can recover 255 km in just 10 minutes at an ultra-fast charging station.
The Audi Q6 E-Tron range features a fully connected and digital interior based on the new electronic architecture, characterized by the use of three screens, the 11.9” instrument panel, the 14.5” curved infotainment system screen, and a third screen placed on the front passenger side with 10.9”, which has technology to prevent the driver from seeing images when the vehicle is in motion.
Audi has revealed that the infotainment system is based on Android Automotive and includes an app store, which allows the use of third-party apps such as YouTube and various gaming and shopping platforms, along with a digital assistant represented by an avatar.
Also noteworthy is the interactive light bar, as well as a Bang & Olufsen premium audio system with 22 speakers and a spacious cargo compartment, consisting of a 526-liter capacity trunk that can reach 1529 liters with the rear seats folded down. Additionally, the “frunk” under the hood has a capacity for an additional 64 liters.
Among the main standard equipment of both versions are elements such as LED Plus headlights, Audi virtual cockpit Plus, ambient lighting, three-zone air conditioning, Audi connect Navigation system, adaptive cruise control, surround parking aid camera, and heat pump. The SQ6 version adds elements such as aluminum roof bars, E-Tron sports sounds, front sports seats with electric adjustments and leather and fabric upholstery or sports suspension.
Audi has announced that the first deliveries of the new Audi Q6 E-Tron in the national market are scheduled for next July.
