Aston Martin announced this Thursday the launch of its first ultra-luxury residence in Asia, with the completion of N.° 001 Minami Aoyama in Tokyo.
This residence, aimed at fans of the British brand, was conceived in partnership with VIBROA Inc., Japan’s leading luxury real estate developer, and Aston Martin. It features four floors and is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods of the Japanese capital.
The new residence continues Aston Martin’s exclusive program of customized residential developments, which includes the iconic Aston Martin Residences in Miami and The Astera, Interiors by Aston Martin, on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
Designed in close collaboration between VIBROA and the British brand’s design team, Aston Martin’s real estate project brings the brand’s commitment to art, innovation, and the beauty and dynamism of design to all facets of a modern living space.
N.° 001 Minami Aoyama is a true showcase of bespoke production, cutting-edge technology, and a unifying design language that reflects the authenticity of materials, perfect proportions, and the natural beauty of Aston Martin’s luxury sports car range.
Distributed over three floors, above a spacious basement, the house has a gross area of 724 m2. Designed to be a refuge from urban life, it is an expression of space, time, and privacy for the client who values the fusion between urban style and the beauty of execution.
One of the most significant aspects of the project is the car gallery, an exhibition space with two highly sought-after private parking spots on the ground floor. The gallery presents two vehicles as if they were sculptural works of art, with adaptable lighting, and a metallic ceiling with a wavy texture.
The cars can be hidden from exterior view, while simultaneously being visible from the interior, through a special glass panel that transports them into the living room and the meeting room on the ground floor.
