Arrow McLaren Ditches Iconic Livery for Spectacular Indy 500 Bespoke Designs

Arrow McLaren Revamps Livery for Indy 500 Showdown

Get ready for an adrenaline-pumping change in the racing world as Arrow McLaren shakes things up for the upcoming Indy 500! As the Month of May approaches, anticipation is at an all-time high with the Open Test and Rookie Orientation Program on the horizon. The 109th edition of the Indianapolis 500 promises to be a spectacle like no other, especially with Arrow McLaren’s surprising decision to ditch their iconic Papaya orange and black livery.

Buckle up as Arrow McLaren unveils a fresh look for their Honda cars, deviating from tradition with a unique “bespoke” livery tied to McLaren Racing’s “Never Stop Racing” campaign. This bold move aims to set the team apart on the track, making it easier for fans to distinguish between drivers in the high-octane action.

Gone are the familiar Papaya hues, replaced by a sleek white base with distinctive accents for each driver. From Pato O’Ward’s #5 car sporting black nose and side pods with vibrant orange highlights, to Nolan Siegel’s brilliant blue accents complemented by the iconic orange trimmings, each car exudes a personality of its own. Christian Lundgaard’s #7 car takes a deep dive into Papaya orange, adorning the nose, wings, and side pods in the iconic color against a white backdrop. And let’s not forget Kyle Larson’s #17 Arrow McLaren-Hendrick entry, flaunting Amazon Prime blue with striking orange details on the nose and rear wing.

Witness these electrifying new liveries in action as the Arrow McLaren team hits the track during the IndyCar Open Test at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Veterans and rookies alike will rev up their engines, gearing up for the intense competition that lies ahead in the Month of May. The excitement kicks off with the Sonsio Grand Prix on May 9-10, leading up to Fast Friday on May 16 and the nail-biting “Bump Day” weekend on May 17-18, where 34 drivers will battle for 33 grid spots. Finally, mark your calendars for the main event, the 109th running of the Indianapolis 500 on Sunday, May 25.

Don’t miss out on the thrilling action and the revamped Arrow McLaren lineup as they race towards glory at the legendary Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Get ready to experience the adrenaline, the speed, and the drama of the Indy 500 like never before!
