Antonio Filosa, the new CEO of Stellantis, will retain his position as Director of North America and American Brands.

Antonio Filosa takes on the role of CEO of Stellantis this Monday and has already announced his new management team, effective immediately. In this way, Filosa will combine his new CEO duties with the role of Director of North America and American Brands.

On his part, Doug Ostermann, CFO, assumes responsibility for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, while Jean-Philippe Imparato continues in the role of Director of Expanded Europe and European Brands, which will now also include Maserati.

Emanuele Cappellano joins the SLT as Director of South America and takes on responsibility for Stellantis Pro One, the company’s commercial vehicle business unit.

Philippe de Rovira is appointed to lead the Rest of the World and retains responsibility for Stellantis Financial Services. Davide Mele joins the SLT to lead Product Planning.

Ned Curic continues to lead Product Development and Technology. Sébastien Jacquet, who was appointed Director of Quality earlier this month, joins the SLT.

Monica Genovese is appointed Director of Purchasing. Scott Thiele takes on a newly created role as Director of Supply Chain and becomes part of the SLT, consolidating activities previously located in the Planning and Production departments. Arnaud Deboeuf continues to lead Production, and Xavier Chéreau maintains leadership of Human Resources and Sustainability, while Clara Ingen-Housz joins the SLT as Director of Corporate Affairs and Communication.

With these appointments, Maxime Picat, former director of purchasing and supplier quality for the group, who was in the running for the CEO position with Filosa and is seen as a candidate to succeed Luca De Meo as CEO of Renault, has left Stellantis, the company revealed.
