This is definitely the best phase of the Formula E season for António Félix da Costa. The TAG Heuer Porsche driver won the second round of the ePrix in Shanghai, China on Sunday, marking the second time he has finished on the top step of the podium in the last three races.

After this triumph, the Portuguese driver did not hide his satisfaction at reacting to adversity and returning to good results to change the course of what the season had been for him:

‘Wow! Two wins in the last three races, incredible! The truth is that four months ago we went through a very difficult time and I am proud of how we managed to turn the situation around – those who saw us then and see us now! A lot of work, a lot of sacrifice, we have to be “tough as steel”, as a Portuguese is, that’s how Latin people are. And I am happy with this turnaround we have achieved in our season. I am happy to have won today’.

Félix da Costa thanked the support and emphasized his desire to win again this season: ‘Your support has been incredible, especially in the tough moments, so I am very grateful. Four races left until the end of the championship… let’s try to go get one more! Thank you!’
