The wind was tricky to read today; its intensity varied, making it hard to know how the car would handle in the corners. It was a complex session, but starting from P2 is still a strong position.”
Antonelli is fully aware that he stands on the precipice of greatness. “This is definitely a good time for me. Each time I get in the car, I feel more confident, which has really helped with the setup. I’m working closely with Bono (Peter Bonnington) to tailor the car to my driving style. The team is doing a fantastic job, and now it’s all about focusing on the race tomorrow,” he stated.
