Alfa Romeo has just completed an intense testing session with the “prototype 00” of the new 33 Stradale at the Nardò circuit to assess its driving dynamics and performance under extreme conditions and at very high speeds.
During these tests, the Italian brand validated dynamic parameters such as aerodynamics, maximum speed, maximum temperatures, engine cooling systems, and cabin sound insulation. All of this is ahead of the first delivery, scheduled for the end of December in Italy.
The development 33 Stradale used in the tests also allowed Alfa Romeo’s technicians to validate a maximum speed of 333 km/h and an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in less than three seconds.
It is worth noting that the 33 Stradale is equipped with a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 engine producing over 620 hp, which is mounted longitudinally in a mid-engine position, coupled with an 8-speed DCT transmission, featuring a rear-wheel-drive configuration and an electronic limited-slip differential, to provide exceptional performance.
It is already known that Alfa Romeo will produce only 33 units of this supercar, with production being carried out by hand at the Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera facilities.
