Guenther Steiner warns Cadillac F1 against Alex Palou’s inclusion in their lineup

In a shocking turn of events, the racing world is abuzz with the news of why Alex Palou, the 2025 Indy 500 winner, is not on Cadillac F1’s radar. Guenther Steiner, the former Haas F1 team principal, has made bold statements shedding light on why Palou might not be the right fit for the incoming F1 powerhouse.

As Cadillac F1 gears up to make its debut in the 2026 season, speculations have been rife about who will be behind the wheel for the team. Names like Sergio Perez, Valtteri Bottas, and Zhou Guanyu have been thrown into the mix, with Palou being the latest addition to the list of potential drivers.

Despite Palou’s impressive track record, including being a three-time IndyCar champion and securing a victory at the prestigious Indy 500, Steiner believes that the Spanish driver may not align with Cadillac F1’s strategy for success.
