In a shocking turn of events at the Miami Grand Prix, former Formula 1 driver, Martin Brundle, has declared that Alex Albon is currently experiencing the peak of his racing career, labeling him as being “in the form of his life.”

Albon’s outstanding performance at the Miami GP led to a remarkable fifth-place finish, while his teammate Carlos Sainz secured the ninth spot, accumulating a total of 12 crucial points for the Williams team. This exceptional feat has propelled Albon to the eighth position in the drivers’ standings with a total of 30 points, highlighting Williams’ resurgence in the 2025 season.

Brundle, in his analysis for Sky Sports F1, commended Albon for his exceptional display, stating, “Fifth would fall to Alex Albon with another excellent and feisty race… he is in the form of his life.” He also scrutinized Sainz’s race, noting the challenges faced by the driver throughout the event.

Following the race, Albon expressed his satisfaction with the performance of the FW47 at the Hard Rock Stadium, emphasizing the team’s progress and competitiveness. He revealed, “Honestly, we had really good pace, I was quite comfortable in my position… very happy.”

Looking ahead, the F1 circus now heads to Imola for the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, where the intense competition is expected to continue. Stay tuned for more adrenaline-pumping action as the season unfolds.
