Stellantis has announced the appointment of Alessandro Nardizzi as the Director of Communications for the automotive group in the Extended Europe region.
Nardizzi will report directly to Jean-Philippe Imparato, Director of Operations for Extended Europe, and will be responsible for external and internal communication activities for the Stellantis Group in European markets.
His new role is in addition to his current position as Global Communications Director for Stellantis Pro One, the business unit that encompasses the commercial vehicles of the six brands in the Group (Citroën, Fiat Professional, Opel, Peugeot, Ram, and Vauxhall).
Alessandro Nardizzi began his journey in the automotive sector in 2011 when he joined the FIAT Group, taking on roles of increasing responsibility in the Marketing and Communications department of Alfa Romeo. After three years of experience in Marketing Planning, he transitioned to Product Marketing as a Product Manager for the Giulietta and Stelvio models, managing the global launch of the latter.
With the founding of the Stellantis Group in 2021, he took on the role of Director of Public Relations and Communications for Alfa Romeo globally during the brand’s transition to electrification, overseeing the launch of the Tonale, Junior, and 33 Stradale models.
In 2023, he also took on responsibility for the communication of commercial vehicles, supervising the launch of Stellantis Pro One.
Alessandro Nardizzi succeeds Andrea Pallard in the role, who takes on the position of Global Communications Director for Alfa Romeo starting today, a role previously held by Nardizzi, in addition to assuming the position of Global Communications Director for Maserati.
