Reference builder in the luxury segment and in automotive technology, Mercedes-Benz is preparing to expand its business into the real estate industry. The first major development with the star brand is a spectacular tower that will “touch” the skies of Dubai in 2026.
The 341-meter building, taller than the Eiffel Tower, and one of the largest in the city, will offer 65 floors and a wide variety of exclusive facilities, such as restaurants, sports areas, shops, and exhibition space.
In total, the Mercedes tower in Dubai will house 150 luxury apartments and smart homes, ranging from two to four bedrooms and a spectacular triplex. All inspired by iconic cars from the brand.
The enormous facade of the stylized tower will be covered with solar panels designed to replicate the Mercedes star. Together, they cover almost 7000 square meters of photovoltaic panels that generate energy to charge up to 40 electric cars per day.
Prices start at €2.25 million for two-bedroom apartments located on the lower floors, up to €21 million for the triplex.
The renowned Binghatti company is responsible for promoting and selling the units.
