Aston Martin made a grand entrance at the Le Mans 24 Hours debut with their Valkyrie Hypercars, leaving a mark of dominance on the track. Adam Carter, Aston Martin’s Head of Endurance Motorsport, expressed his satisfaction as both #007 and #009 Valkyrie Hypercars secured the 12th and 14th positions, respectively, out of 19 Hypercar competitors.

The Valkyrie’s performance at Le Mans marked a significant milestone, showcasing Aston Martin’s unwavering commitment to excellence in the World Endurance Championship and the IMSA championship. Carter emphasized the challenges of competing at such a high level, highlighting the team’s determination to race against the best in the world.

Despite the intense competition, Aston Martin’s Valkyrie Hypercars emerged victorious, solidifying their presence among the elite one percent of racers. Carter acknowledged the room for improvement in performance but reiterated the team’s readiness to seize the opportunity and come back stronger in the next Le Mans event.

The Aston Martin (Heart of Racing) team’s relentless pursuit of excellence was evident as they successfully completed their maiden WEC season, culminating in a commendable finish at the grueling Le Mans race. The upcoming challenge at the IMSA Six Hours of the Glen promises to test the Valkyrie’s capabilities on the iconic Watkins Glen International Circuit.

As Aston Martin continues to push the boundaries of racing excellence with the Valkyrie Hypercars, their Le Mans debut serves as a testament to their unwavering determination and pursuit of victory.
