2026 Genesis Electrified GV70 Gets Stylish Makeover and Big Screen

Get ready for the latest iteration of the Genesis Electrified GV70, the brand’s mid-cycle refresh of its popular crossover. While it may not be a brand-new vehicle, it promises to deliver an exciting and innovative driving experience. With a similar design to its predecessor, the regular GV70, the Electrified GV70 is set to impress with its sleek appearance and advanced features.

The front fascia of the Electrified GV70 has been revamped, featuring new headlights, a redesigned grille, and a fresh bumper. The rear of the vehicle has also undergone changes, with new taillights and a revised bumper. The overall look of the Electrified GV70 will closely resemble its predecessor, but with a few distinctive touches such as a closed-off grille.

Despite its similarities to the regular GV70, Genesis has chosen to test the Electrified GV70 prototype under heavy camouflage. This decision raises questions about why the brand would hide such an anticipated vehicle. However, it is clear that Genesis aims to make a statement with this electric crossover, both in terms of its visual appeal and technological advancements.

Inside the cabin, the Electrified GV70 boasts an updated dashboard panel, featuring a large dual-screen setup. The digital gauge cluster is positioned on the left, while the infotainment system takes its place on the right. The center console and steering wheel are expected to remain similar to the regular GV70, providing a seamless transition for drivers. Genesis may also make revisions to the trim and upholstery, further enhancing the luxurious feel of the interior.

Under the hood, the current 2025 Electrified GV70 model offers a dual-motor setup, generating an impressive 429 horsepower. With an EPA-estimated driving range of 236 miles, the upcoming iteration is expected to offer even greater autonomy. Genesis aims to address this aspect and ensure that the Electrified GV70 meets the demands of electric vehicle enthusiasts.

In terms of pricing, the 2025 Genesis Electrified GV70 Advanced starts at $66,950, while the Prestige trim level begins at $73,750. Both versions feature the same 429 horsepower setup and a 77.4 kWh battery pack, providing ample power and range. As the facelifted iteration makes its debut, it wouldn’t be surprising if Genesis slightly increases the price to reflect the enhancements.

Stay tuned for the official launch of the facelifted Genesis Electrified GV70, expected to hit the market in the coming months for the 2026 model year. With its striking design, advanced features, and improved autonomy, this electric crossover is set to make a significant impact in the automotive industry.
